R.I.P. Michael Jackson: 1958-2009

The whole world was shocked and saddened by the news of Michael Jackson’s unexpected death yesterday, and today everyone is mourning the loss together. It still seems as if it almost isn’t real.
Michael Jackson was the greatest entertainer of all time, hands down. Can you name another artist that has sold (or will ever sell) 750 million albums worldwide? It sounds impossible. His 1982 album “Thriller” is still the highest selling album in history, but his catalog of music goes back over almost 40 years. His singing style and dance moves are legendary and paved the way for every artist that is impacting the current generation from Usher to Ne-Yo, and the list is endless. Our prayers go out to his family and friends. Michael Jackson will truly be missed.
Its only appropriate for us to show him doing the ROBOT dance. Amazing.

As many of you may have seen on the blogs, Levi Maestro has been documenting his life and adventures on video for the past few months. Recently, he has been traveling the country with his friend and very talented artist, BJ the Chicago Kid. BJ is currently on tour singing backup for Anthony Hamilton. As they move from city to city, they have been checking out the restaurants, boutiques and linking up with some influential people. It was only right that they checked in with RITF when they made it to Philly.

Two of the most anticipated movies of Summer 2009 were Terminator: Salvation and Tranformers: Revenge of the Fallen. Both movies are about robots and we capitalized on this theme for our summer shirts. They will be available for purchase at midnight!
